what will it take?  what will it take for everyone to finally understand
one another?  in times of crisis there is a universal mindset among those
affected.  gather together.  help eachother.  share resources.  the counter
example is the hoarders, saving their resources for themselves, protecting
their valuables with shotguns and fear, a narrow look look in their
untrusting eyes.  will we have to experience complete loss for that aspect
of humanity to evolve out of us?  what will that loss be?  nuclear war?
destruction of the environment so vast that we have no natural resources
left?  a plague?  will it happen within our lifetime?  people work so hard
for the causes they believe in.  maybe there is no right answer.
