nothing like a night of intense pain to remind us that we're biological beings.
we're ugly bags of mostly water.  we are sets of cells that grow and die.  we're
filled with bacteria and fungi and the tiny creatures that live in our eyebrows
and look like dinosaurs.  nothing like having it all go out of whack to remember
how to appreciate how it's supposed to be functioning.  mostly there's nothing
like waking up in the morning and feeling mostly fine again.
